About Nicki Ross

Nicki Ross graduated from UCT in 2006 with an Honours Degree in physiotherapy. In 2007, she completed her community service year in Kwazulu Natal. Nicki returned to Cape Town in 2008 to start working in the private sector. She has had the privilege of treating a variety of conditions, eventually finding a special interest in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy. In 2011, she completed the Cardiopulmonary Course at the South African Society of Physiotherapy and became trained as a Level II Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapist.

In 2015, she completed a Masters Degree in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy at the University of Stellenbosch. Whilst completing her Masters, she was involved with the practical training of final year physiotherapy students during their ICU rotations. Although Nicki enjoys research and teaching, she realised she is a clinician at heart. This led to her opening her own private practice in Goodwood, Cape Town, in 2015.

Demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development, Nicki completed the Bradcliff Course, Levels 1 & 2, in 2022, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in respiratory physiotherapy. For more information, follow this link: https://www.bradcliff.com/product/nicolette-ross.

In her spare time, Nicki loves doing anything outdoors and travelling abroad. Although there are still many destinations on her bucket list, Cape Town will always be her home.
